These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3777 bat platform and all users of its services. "Platform" refers to the 3777 bat website, mobile application and all associated digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered with 3777 bat who participates in gaming or betting activities through the platform.

4.3 Transaction Liability

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Regular members can advance through three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 3777 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 Game Validity

If a game outcome is affected by a technical fault, software bug or network issue, 3777 bat reserves the right to void the bet for that round and refund the deposited amount. If a game is interrupted mid-play, there is an option to resume from the last saved point.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

In cricket, football and other sports betting, odds may change according to market conditions. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with 3777 bat's betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3777 bat platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

• Abusing bonus terms or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using any software, bots or automation tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Operating an account under a third party's name or concealing identity.
• Attempting cyber attacks, hacking or breaching the security of the platform.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other members or coordinated bet fraud.

8.1 Self-Limits

Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and any request to increase them will take effect after a set waiting period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to take a break from the platform for a set period, they can use the self-exclusion feature. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account or carry out any transactions during that period.

• Due to prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than 18 months).
• If the user themselves requests account closure.
